What is Wairaiders’ Return Policy for Custom-Made Items?

At Wairaiders, we are committed to delivering high-quality custom jerseys that match your exact specifications. While we do not offer exchanges, we do have a comprehensive return policy to ensure your satisfaction in case of specific issues with your order. Here’s what you need to know:

Return Policy (within 7 days of receiving your jersey):

  1. Incorrect or Defective Items:
    If you receive an incorrect or defective jersey, we will gladly offer a refund or a replacement, depending on your preference.

  2. Damaged Items:
    For jerseys that arrive damaged, we can either refund your payment or send a replacement jersey at no extra cost.

  3. Missing Items:
    If your order is missing one or more items, we will ship the missing pieces as soon as possible. For quality control purposes, we require detailed photos of the items received.

  4. Significantly Different from Description:
    If your custom jersey has quality issues, such as blurry or faded printing, we will either refund your purchase or replace the jersey.

  5. Not What You Ordered:
    If the item you received is completely different from your order (wrong design, size, or color), we can refund or replace the item.


Important Guidelines:

  • Request Submission: You must submit a return request within 7 days of the delivered date to qualify for a refund or replacement.

Filing a Return Request:

To ensure a smooth return process, provide the following information when submitting your claim:

  • Email Address
  • Subject: Order issue
  • Type: Replace or Refund
  • Order Number
  • Attached Photos/Videos: Proof of the issue

Once our support team reviews your claim and confirms the issue, we will either resend the jersey or refund your payment, including shipping costs. In rare cases where a replacement is impractical, we will fully reimburse you.


What’s Not Covered:

We do not offer refunds or replacements in cases where errors are made by the customer. This includes:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses
  • Incorrect selections of sizes, designs, or colors
  • Improper care or damages due to use

In these cases, we may offer a discount for reordering.


Refund Process:

The refund process typically takes up to 14 business days and will be credited via your original form of payment.
